Mission: The St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority effectively and efficiently administers the Board's functions resulting in a well-constructed, financed, and operated domed stadium/convention center.

Function: The St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority oversees financing, design and construction of the domed stadium/convention center expansion and administers annual Preservation Funding in accordance with state statute, by-laws and bond indentures.

Term length: members are appointed for six year terms. Each commissioner holds office after the expiration of his or her term until a successor is appointed

Compensation: Members receive reimbursement for realized and necessary expenses.

Member Requirements: The Authority consists of up to eleven commissioners appointed as follows: up to three commissioners who shall be residents of the City may be appointed by the Mayor of the City with the advice and consent of the Board of Aldermen; up to three commissioners who shall be residents of the County may be appointed by the County Executive of the County with the advice and consent of the County Council; and up to five commissioners, two of whom shall be residents of the City, two of whom shall be residents of the County, and one of whom shall be a resident of the City, the County or a county contiguous to St. Louis County, may be appointed by the Governor
