Mission: The commission shall study the following issues: Bilateral trade and investment between Missouri and Ireland, policy issues of mutual interest to both jurisdictions, business and academic exchanges between Missouri and Irish institutions, mutual economic support efforts, shared infrastructure investment opportunities, and any other issues as determend by the commission

Compensation: Members shall serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for expenses incurred during the performance of their duties, within the limits of funds available to the commission for such purposes.

Member Requirements: One representing a public institution or higher education in the state, a statewide organization that advances business interests in the state, and the Irish American communities or interest in the state.
