3 years and until their successors are selected and qualified.
Members receive reimbursement for realized and necessary expenses.
2 members must be archaeologists or skeletal analysts; 2 must be Native American of tribes recognized by the U.S. government; 1 must be a non-Native American minority, 1 must be a public member; and the State Historic Preservation Officer as Chair. Members shall be residents of the State of Missouri
