Term length: Five years (with one term limit)

Compensation: Members receive reimbursement for realized and necessary expenses.

Member Requirements: One member shall represent multistate retail marketers of propane. One member shall represent wholesalers or resellers of propane. One member shall represent retail marketers of propane from a county of third classification. One member shall be affiliated with the Mechanical Contractors Association in Missouri. One member shall be affiliated with the Plumbing Industry Council. One member shall represent an affiliated industry. One member shall represent the department of agriculture. One member must represent the department of natural resources. One member must represent the general public. With the exception of the public member, commission members shall be full-time employees or owners of businesses in the industry or the agency they represent.
